Dr. Suleman has served as a trainer and resource person for the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, delivering professional development and capacity-building trainings for faculty and professionals across Pakistan. She has also worked with the Regional English Language Office (RELO), U.S. Embassy, as an English Language Teaching and professional development trainer, contributing to programs focused on innovative pedagogy, communication, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and other 21st-century competencies. Her training expertise includes communication skills, English language teaching, teacher professional development, 21st-century skills, academic communication, soft skills, student-centered pedagogy, employability and career readiness, and innovative approaches to language education. She has experience designing and facilitating interactive training sessions for diverse groups of university faculty, teachers, students, and professionals. In addition to her training portfolio, Dr. Suleman is an active researcher with more than 30 research publications in areas related to applied linguistics, language education, discourse, pedagogy, and contemporary issues in education. Her academic and research experience enables her to integrate evidence-based practices and current research into her training programs. As an educator, researcher, and trainer, Dr. Suleman brings a combination of academic expertise, practical training experience, research-informed pedagogy, and international professional exposure to her work. She is particularly interested in empowering educators and young professionals with the communication, digital, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills required to succeed in contemporary academic and professional environments.
