My name is Shobha Sivasubramaniam,and I am a Workplace Empowerment Coach, Behavioural Facilitator and Leadership Development Professional with over a decade of corporate experience. I work with organisations and professionals to strengthen leadership, communication, behavioural effectiveness and workplace relationships. My approach is practical, experiential and focused on translating learning into visible behavioural change. I facilitate programs that help individuals communicate with confidence, lead with self-awareness, collaborate effectively and navigate workplace challenges with greater impact. I am also a POSH-certified facilitator, passionate about creating respectful, inclusive and empowered workplaces. My work is centred on one belief: meaningful learning should create meaningful change.
